Youth Parkour Level 1
It is here where students will begin their adaptability training, and their parkour hero's journey. Through stations, courses, games, strength and mobility training, they will learn all of the safety and skill fundamentals of parkour!
Youth Parkour Level 2
Students will continue their adaptability training and their parkour hero's journey by broadening their parkour vocabulary and expanding upon the skill and safety fundamentals they learned in level 1. They will begin the process of connecting movements and applying the Ukemi (the art of falling) they have learned thus far.
Youth Parkour Level 3
At this point in their parkour hero's journey, students will put their adaptability training to the test. They will utilize their parkour vocabulary to learn advanced movements, connect them in more complicated ways, & put their Ukemi skills to use. They will begin to prepare for competitions and performances but will NOT be required to compete or perform.
Youth Parkour Level 4
At this point in their parkour hero's journey, students will advance their adaptability training to new heights. They will have a solid foundation on which to build new advanced skills & lines. They will continue training for performances & competitions (but will NOT be required to compete or perform), and begin developing their own style of movement!

This is where students will begin to carve our their own personalized path into the world of parkour. They will continue training for performances & competitions (but will NOT be required to compete or perform), and continue developing their own style of movement!
Teen/Adult Classes
Animal Flow/FRC/Primal Human Movement
This classes combines Animal Flow, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), and the concepts of primal human movement. Animal Flow features pre-requisite basics for learning adaptability training disciplines such as parkour by going over primal human movement patterns. These primal human movement patterns will increase core stability, joint strength, & overall body awareness. FRC focuses on mobility, joint control, and strengthening at end ranges. This class is ideal for anyone who is wanting to start their movement journey by first preparing their body to move safely AND for seasoned athletes who want to maintain healthy, balanced bodies!
Independent Training
Teen/Adult Independent Training
Teen/adult independent training is a time for people to independently train and work on skills and/or challenges in the gym. There will be no coaching or spotting during this time but there will be a staff member around to respond to questions and emergencies. *Explicit music might be playing
