Lennon is a master of creativity in art and movement. Aside from being a natural-born athlete, he started his movement journey with gymnastics and skateboarding but it wasn't long until he found his way into parkour and circus. He has a passion for bar swinging, balancing, and finding a steady flow between all movements. His collaborative mindset and unique movement style are what make him such an incredible athlete. In addition to his athletic feats, Lennon also has a passion for art. His artistic skills are as vast as his movement skills and his style lends itself perfectly to his passion for world-building.

Richard

Richard has spent close to two decades training and teaching parkour to a multitude of communities. He is originally from Ohio where he had his first exposure to parkour through a parkour video on YouTube back in 2005. It changed the trajectory of his entire life. Inspired to improve his understanding and connection with his body and mind, he started training and teaching himself this discipline. He moved to Hawaii at the age of 18, found a group of like minded individuals interested in parkour who all began their exploration into this amazing discipline. They pushed their minds and their bodies, guiding, educating, and cultivating a community across multiple islands. Having acquired two different certifications to teach parkour, he continued to educate and cultivate community in Ohio as well, with the organization Parkour Horizons. Richard also has experience working with a wide age
range of students and backgrounds, as well as individuals on the autism spectrum. Helping to bring more focus and awareness for the discipline, he was encouraged to come out to Colorado to work with Edge Movement where he continues to bring mindful practice with passion and grace.

Caleb Garnham

Parkour & Movement Coach

Hey all, my name is Caleb Garnham. 32yo. PK athlete for ~15yrs, coach for ~10. I'm originally from Albuquerque, NM, but currently reside just south of Denver, CO. I started parkour in 2007 (ohmygod), with a pretty "LEARN ALL THE THINGS" approach. Speed is my fave, tho.  I started coaching via the In-house coaching certification with Apex Movement in 2012, and also working with a preK gymnastics program at the same time. Ever since then coaching has been my primary work (parkour, gymnastics, and "ninja"). I primarily have focused on youth coaching, and have expanded that working knowledge base with developmental psychology, various childcare certifications and ongoing training, after school programs, summer camps, etc. I would definitely categorize youth coaching as my specific area of expertise. Though I have spent plenty of time coaching and working with adults as well, I'm pretty passionate about sharing as much knowledge as I possibly can.

Luke Flip Shot_edited.jpg

As a former gymnast, Coach Luke was immediately attracted to parkour when he was exposed to it back in 2005. He enjoyed the intense process of unlearning and relearning that proved a requirement in order to transition his skills to the great outdoors. The allure of mind-bending flips, stunts, and all kinds other skills foreign to Luke at the time produced an insatiable hunger to apprehend it all. Coach Luke and the handful of other practitioners took Wisconsin by storm—or shall we say by leaps, bounds, and strides. Parkour became the epicenter of their lives, and a mutual passion to spread the sport was forged as they trained together. The coaching never stopped. To this day, Luke continues to coach with only-increasing vigor! Having pioneered, coached, and taught at various gyms, Rec centers, YMCA's, schools, as well as workshops and seminars around the world, Luke's passion remains unquenched without a single setback or injury powerful enough to hold him back.

Coaching quickly became his second passion. 6 years ago he moved to Denver, CO where he continued to train and coach Parkour. Throughout his parkour training he has also been involved with lifting weights, tricking, rock climbing, and even juggling. He fully intends on being a life-long practitioner of movement.
