Please be sure to bring both a clean pair of tennis or running shoes to be used in the gym and an outdoor pair in case part of the lesson is taught outdoors.

 

Little Ninjas

Little Ninjas allows youth ages 2-5 to play, learn, and explore movement with an experienced coach in early childhood education.

 

Drills and games teach young ones to traverse their environment and assess their surroundings (like a ninja!).

We’ll also learn to “check your surfaces” (padded and non-padded), get down from obstacles safely, accurately identify personal capabilities/limitations, and fine tune our gross motor skills to better navigate the world!

 

Parent participation required for tots not potty trained

Sundays @ 1:00pm

YOUTH

Parkour

In our Level 1 classes, youth students ages 6-12 will be taught how to adapt to their environments and learn how to traverse through them safely and creatively using techniques such as jumping, striding, landing, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping.

With a focus on sustainability, our curriculum is taught through progressions so everyone is challenged and everyone is safe.

Students start in level 1 and as they progress through the levels, will unlock more advanced skills. Our sessions are designed to be fun and educational.

If you have a Spartan kiddo, these classes are a great way to train for the races. They'll learn a lot of the practical skills they need to get over any obstacle!

Youth students must complete a 3 class starter package before attending open recess sessions.

HOMESCHOOL

Parkour

Edge's Homeschool program will give students a new outlook on moving through their environments, learn important life skills, and they'll have fun while doing it too!

Our homeschool program is 2 hours of instruction, games, and recess where students ages 6-17 will be taught how to adapt to their environments and learn how to traverse through them safely and creatively using techniques such as jumping, striding, landing, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping.

 

Through the nature of our curriculum they will also learn teamwork, working through challenges, not giving up, focus, and much more!

With a focus on sustainability, our curriculum is taught through progressions so everyone is challenged and everyone is safe.

TEEN Parkour

In our Teen classes, students ages 13-17 will be taught how to adapt to their environments and learn how to traverse through them safely and creatively using techniques such as jumping, striding, landing, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping.

Whether your teen is looking to excel in parkour, or they are wanting to improve their adaptability for other sports this is a great way to accomplish either of those goals. These classes are a great way to start your teen's athletic journey or a great way to supplement or improve their athletic journey. With a focus on sustainability, our curriculum is taught through progressions so everyone is challenged and everyone is safe.

If you have a Spartan teen, these classes are a great way to train for the races. They'll learn a lot of the practical skills they need to get over any obstacle!

Adult

oPEN RECESS

Open Recess is time for anyone to come practice in the gym. Coaches will be facilitating open gym, but generally will not be giving instruction.

 

Our Open Recess is frequented by practitioners from many disciplines including parkour, tricking, tumbling, ninja warrior and more!

It is the perfect time to practice what you've learned in class, to explore movement, get creative or workout.

Youth students must take 3 classes before attending

Adult

Spartan

Whether you are working up to complete your first race, or are a veteran looking to increase their fitness, our OCR classes are a perfect fit!

 

Our OCR classes will have you doing circuits and workouts and also involve teaching you movements to overcome common OCR obstacles!

 

We will have modifications available for all levels. Our adaptability training methods will help you with overall coordination and fitness that will enhance your overall well-being in your daily life!

Flexibility/

stretching

No matter where you are in your flexibility journey, this class is for you! This class covers full-body flexibility so you'll get to reach new goals and learn some fun poses commonly found in yoga, dance, etc., for ALL levels. This class is also a great supplemental class for any traditional team sport. We'll stretch and strengthen in new ranges of motion so that the flexibility you gain will be usable and safe!

Training

This class is for all levels and is for anyone looking to improve their overall mobility and strength. Programing for classes focuses on achieving body weight poses or skills found in circus, gymnastics, calisthenics, etc.
