Youth Parkour Level 1
Parkour Games is our level 1 parkour class! In this class, through game activities, kids will learn body awareness, gain strength, and learn how to safely maneuver through their environment using parkour techniques.
This class is ideal for kids who want to play & parents who want their kids to get exercise and socialize while getting more athletic. For kids who want to focus on improving their parkour skills and are showing interest in advancing through the curriculum there will be an opportunity at this level to show their readiness for advancement
Youth Parkour Level 2
In this class, students will begin their adaptability training and make their way through their parkour hero's journey! Students at this level will begin training for competitions but will not be obligated to participate in the competitions.
This class is ideal for kids who want to focus on improving their parkour skills and advance through our curriculum, and/or compete and work their way up to our youth team. We encourage parents who want their athletes to to be more disciplined and focused in their environment to to take this class.
Youth Parkour Level 3
In this class, students will continue their adaptability training and continue making their way through their parkour hero's journey, and will have the opportunity of trying out for the our team! They will still be training for competitions but will not be obligated to compete.
This class is for students who want to focus on improving their parkour skills and advance through our curriculum, where they can compete and work their way up to our youth team; this is for parents who want their kids in in a more disciplined, focused environment. The athletes at this level are required to show exemplary desire and self-motivation.
Functional and Primal Human Movement
Functional Human Movement focuses on mobility, joint control, and strengthening at the end ranges. This class is ideal for anyone who is wanting to start their movement journey by first preparing their body to move safely AND for seasoned athletes who want to maintain healthy balanced bodies
Primal Human Movement (Animal Flow) features pre-requisite basics for learning adaptability training disciplines such as parkour, animal-style movements, parkour-style movements, and basic human movements which will encourage core stability, strength, joint strength, and body awareness
Open Recess / Gym
Open Recess is time for anyone to come practice in the gym. Coaches will be facilitating open gym, but generally will not be giving instruction.
Our Open Recess is frequented by practitioners from many disciplines including parkour, tricking, tumbling, ninja warrior and more!
It is the perfect time to practice what you've learned in class, to explore movement, get creative or workout.
Youth students must take 3 classes before attending.
Youth students will only be able to attend youth open gym.
