This On-Ramp course is perfect for those wanting an introduction into the world of parkour/ natural movement/ adaptability training! No experience needed. We will introduce you to all of the basics from the ground up! There is something for everyone in this course from those who have never done it before and are just getting into working out, those who need a refresher, or even those who've been doing it and need to refine their basics! 

These classes do not need to be taken in any particular order, however all 4 should be completed before attending Level 1

Class 1 - Traversing Obstacles Quadrupedal Movement, How To Jump and Land
Class 2 - Dismounting Obstacles and Dispersing Impact
Class 3 - Balance and Using Walls
Class 4 - More Jumping, The Landing Continuum and Basic Swinging
