Little Ninjas

Little Ninjas offers Youth ages 2-5 to play, learn, and explore movement in a safe environment on padded and non-padded surfaces. Drills and games will teach young ones to traverse their environment including getting up and down obstacles safely and fine tune their gross and fine motor skills necessary for safely navigating their environments!

Parent participation required for tots not potty trained. 

Sundays @ 1:00pm

Thursdays @ 5:30pm

 

YOUTH

In our Level 1 classes, youth students ages 6-12 will be taught how to adapt to their environments and learn how to traverse through them safely and creatively using techniques such as jumping, striding, landing, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping.

With a focus on sustainability, our curriculum is taught through progressions so everyone is challenged and everyone is safe.

Students start in level 1 and as they progress through the levels, will unlock more advanced skills. Our sessions are designed to be fun and educational.

Youth students must complete a 3 class starter package before attending open recess sessions.

 

TEEN/ ADULT

In our Teen/ Adult classes, students ages 13+ will be taught how to adapt to their environments and learn how to traverse through them safely and creatively using techniques such as jumping, striding, landing, climbing, swinging, vaulting, and flipping.

With a focus on sustainability, our curriculum is taught through progressions so everyone is challenged and everyone is safe.

Students start with the On-Ramp program and then will move into Level 1 and will continue to build a strong movement foundation with the fundamentals.

Wednesdays @ 6:30pm

Tuesday/ Thursday @ 6:30pm

Saturdays @ 12:00pm

 

oPEN RECESS

Open Recess is time for anyone to come practice in the gym. Coaches will be facilitating open gym, but generally will not be giving instruction.

 

Our Open Recess is frequented by practitioners from many disciplines including parkour, tricking, tumbling, ninja warrior and more!

It is the perfect time to practice what you've learned in class, to explore movement, get creative or workout.

Youth students must take 3 classes before attending.

Drop in: $10/hr
