Lennon Shannon

creative director

pro team athlete

parkour & movement coach

director of first impressions

Lennon is a master of creativity in art and movement. Aside from being a natural-born athlete, he started his movement journey with gymnastics and skateboarding but it wasn't long until he found his way into parkour and circus. He has a passion for bar swinging, balancing, and finding a steady flow between all movements. His collaborative mindset and unique movement style are what make him such an incredible athlete. In addition to his athletic feats, Lennon also has a passion for art. His artistic skills are as vast as his movement skills and his style lends itself perfectly to his passion for world-building.

Austin Lutz

parkour & nature exploration coach

Emily is a mother of three (two teenaged boys and a wild toddler). She's been catching snakes in the prairie and leaping over rocks in the Platte River for over 20 years. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education and she is also a Certified Interpretive Nature Guide. She loves learning local history and identifying birds & plants. You will likely find her barefoot catching crawdads or up in a tree somewhere. Her company Hidden Playground teaches outdoor education and movement literacy through parkour. She's excited to join our team and help anyone reconnect with their childlike sense of wonder and playfulness.

Austin has been teaching Parkour for nearly a decade.  Before finding the discipline, he was an All-State track and field and football athlete and an Honors scholar of Psychology at the University of New Mexico. Austin has competed in several international Parkour competitions as well as American Ninja Warrior and Spartan Races.  In 2016, he and his wife Emily spoke in New York City at the Art of Retreat: a yearly symposium on Parkour coaching and integration. In his free time, Austin loves partner-balancing/wrestling with his three kids, writing fantasy fiction, listening to nerdcore, and playing tabletop games.
